Training Needs Assessment under the SOLUTIONSplus project

Introduction

The Training Needs Assessment (TNA) is expected to provide an overview of the existing technical capacity, and identify areas for skills and knowledge development to streamline the implementation of sustainable transport, and in particular electric mobility, in the SOLUTIONSplus partner cities.

The TNA will be assessing details of the city participants in the following categories:

1) Basic information

2) Educational background and technical qualifications

3) The current situation of e-mobility in your city

4) Areas of training that will help the cities to deliver project successfully

4) Preferred modality of training

5) Criteria for selecting partner cities learning exchange

Note: Data will be presented in an aggregated and anonymous way. The name of the respondent will only be used for the purpose of internal follow up under the SOLUTIONSplus project if required. We will not share your data to any party outside the SOLUTIONSplus project.

This questionnaire is a task under the Work Package 2 of the Solutionsplus project. The work package is implemented by Polis and UN Habitat.
