This weighting exercise is being conducted as part of the impact assessment and evaluation activities in SOL+. We are inviting relevant stakeholders such as yourself to provide us insights about the relative importance of the common KPIs which would then be used for analysis of upscaled programs on e-mobility later on.
Tip! Think about an e-mobility project that will be implemented in your city/country. If you were evaluating such a project, how would you score the importance of the KPIs that are listed in this form?
The list of KPIs you’ll find here have been selected through an iterative consultation process with the nine demonstration cities in SOL+. You will find 3 levels of KPIs (Level 1, 2, 3). Level 1 indicators pertain to the main dimensions for evaluation, level 2 indicators are reflective of sub-themes relating to level 1. Level 3 indicators reflect further detailed indicators that fit into the level 2 sub-themes.
Your task is to provide a score between 0 to 100 (0 being low importance, 100 being high importance) for each of the indicators that are listed for each level based on your perceived importance of these KPIs. The scores will be used as weighting factors (Leve l1 score x Level 2 score x Level 3 score = your final weight) later on and will be calculated offline by the SOL+ team. You can use the sliders, or directly input the number that you like in the boxes on the left. You will notice that there are indicators that have default scores of 100 (you cannot edit these). Please disregard these as these are indicators that are single-branch (nothing to weigh against with).
For each group that you will score, please score the highest priority KPI with a 100. The importance of the other KPIs will be relative to this one . For example, for the Level 1 KPIs, if you think that, say, the “Environment” related indicators should be the highest priority amongst the 6 Level 1 KPIs, score this with a 100, and score the others with lower scores later, depending on your preference.
Once finished, kindly hit the “submit” button at the end. Thank you very much for your cooperation!
